How can I transfer files to your staff? |

There are several ways of transferring files to our staff. The most efficient way is to transfer your files through our customer portal. Of course, you can also e-mail your files as well as provide them on floppy disk or CD-ROM. Regardless of which method you choose, please be sure to include all linked files and fonts. Also please be sure to scan the files for viruses before transmitting. For more information please review our Electronic File Checklist. |

Are you capable of working with both Macintosh and Windows file formats? |

Yes, we can accept files created in Windows as well as Macintosh operating systems. |

What software file formats do you accept? |

We are capable of working with most common file formats. Quark X-Press, MS Publisher, Adobe Pagemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and In Design to name a few. Of course we also accept MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files as well. Please check with us regarding what versions to use when saving your files. |
